Intellectually I understand the argument against vouchers. As a parent of two high schoolers I find the current system harder to defend everyday. No book is going to make me say, "Oh I understand that greater good. Sorry kids you have to accept the lack of opportunity as part of your birthright." Especially when the people fighting against vouchers are already benefiting from an unequal playing field. Sorry. Life sometimes gets in the way of philosophy.
